Information exchanged during demonstrations, workshops, pilot programs, evaluations, or commercial discussions may be subject to separate confidentiality agreements, including nondisclosure agreements or commercial contracts. These Terms do not replace or modify any separately executed agreements.

The website or services may reference or interoperate with third-party technologies, platforms, protocols, products, or integrations. ZModal does not control and is not responsible for the operation, availability, security, or functionality of third-party technologies or services.

You agree to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws relating to software, technical data, and technology access.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
